Monowara Hospital (Pvt.) Ltd.
Monowara Hospital (Pvt.) Ltd.: G+13 Storied RCC Building Construction.
This Hospital Building construction was started on 13th March 2019. We used steel sheet pile for shore protection for basement work. It has two basements. Used for Masonry work Hollow Block & fair face plaster. This project was ended in 09th July 2021.

Prefabricated Steel Warehouse Project: It is a single-storied 56 feet height Prefabricated Steel Structure which started on 25 April 2019 and successfully handed over on 10 January 2020. The structure had a connecting bridge which linked to nearby 5-storied RCC Building. This Bridge was built having a Conveyor Belt System to pass the product easily. Here in the warehouse, Racking System was installed by our sister concern AnH Enterprise Limited. Beside this structure, we built a fabric store and inspection room adjacent to it. For smooth transportation we constructed a rigid pavement. We did beautification and landscaping work too. This Building was approved by RSC (ACCORD).

SRD Limited worked for diverse projects of Meghna Group, Like – RCC Road Construction commenced in April 2017 & successfully completed in May 2017, Silo Base Extension Work started in July 2017 & completed in May 2017 and Conveyer Belt Base Foundation started in August 2017 & successfully completed it within September 2017. We successfully did Drainage and Piping System there too.

We started RCC Building Retrofitting at 7-storied Garments Building of Niagara Textiles LTD in October 2018 & completed it within February 2019. Under this project we did Foundation Retrofitting, Column Retrofitting & Beam Retrofitting Works. We did all the work while production was on with proper safety. This was a RSC (ACCORD) Based Project which we successfully got approval.
We started Rooftop Dining Shed Construction in February 2019 & successfully completed within February 2019. We Dismantled Existing Column, Reconstructed New Column & Installed Dining Shed with Steel Beam. This was a RSC (ACCORD) Based Project which we successfully got approval.
We started 7-storied Steel Stair Dismantling & Reconstruction Work in March 2019 & completed it in the same month. This was a RSC (ACCORD) Based Project which we successfully got approval.
We also worked in a 1,450 Cubic Meter RCC ETP Construction Work in April 2019 & successfully completed it within December 2019. The work was maintained with proper ratio, slum, and clear cover as per drawing.

Boiler Shed: We started this Boiler Shed Project in July 2018 and completed it in September 2018.
Construction of ETP: We constructed an Biological ETP with a capacity of 6,000 CUM per day.

Prefabricated Roof Top Classroom and Computer Lab Extension Project: At the Faculty of Business Studies Building, over ten storey we constructed a Steel Structure for the purpose of roof top class room and computer lab. We started the work on 11 may 2019 and successfully built the Steel Structure within 14 February 2020. We did the Interior Decoration, CNC Board, PE Sound System and others works there.
OSL Department Interior Work: Beside Roof Top Building Works, we did OSL Department Interior Works at Dean Sir’s Room, Office Room, Meeting Room and Toilet Zone.

Foot Over Bridge Dismantling Project: We have started the Foot over Bridge Dismantling work on 10 March 2018 & successfully completed it within 24 March 2018.
In this work we maintained proper safety measure & Sincerity in the running highway.

Steel & RCC Retrofitting Project: This RCC & Steel Truss Retrofitting Work started on 14 March 2019. In RCC part there was Foundation Retrofitting, Column Retrofitting and Beam Retrofitting. In Steel part there was Steel Truss Retrofitting. We completed the work while production was running with proper safety & successfully completed it on 15 September 2019. This was a RSC (ACCORD) Based Project which we got approval.

Pahartoli Textile & Hosiery Mills Project: We built the 3-storied Ispahani Blended Unit 5 with floor height of 25 feet at each storey and an approximate floor area of 75,000 sft each. This project was started in July 2018 and successfully completed in November 2018.

Rigid Pavement Construction & RCC Pipe Laying: We started this project on 14 February 2020. We worked for Replacement of the 3 feet diagram Drainage RCC pipe, Reconstruction of Pit & CC Road Construction. All the materials were BUET Standard. The Project was handed over on 08 July 2020.

Underground Water Reservoir & Rain Water Harvesting Tank: This RCC Construction Project started on 27 June 2020. The water tank had two chambers – one for Reservoir and another for Rain water harvesting. The depth of the tank was 20 feet. During earth excavation work, we used shore protection to save side soil sliding. Due to heavy rainfall we lost many of our working hours here. The project was handed over on 08 October 2020. Prefabricated Steel Building Drainage System: It was a 3450 running feet RCC drain construction project both inside and outside. The project was started on 11 August 2020 and successfully handed over on 04 December 2020.

RCC Retrofitting & Prefabricated Steel Building Project: We started this project on 14 March 2019. We dismantled the Existing Steel Structure and then we did Pedestal RCC Column Retrofitting Work & the Installation of Prefabricated Steel Building. We successfully handed over the project on 15 September 2019.
This was a RSC (ACCORD) Based Project which we got approval.

ETP & Prefabricated Steel Shed Warehouse: We worked to construct an ETP with Rain Water Harvesting, Fire
Control Room and Biological Reserve Tank System. This construction work started on 02 November 2017 and
handed over on 15 July 2019. For underground work, we had to use Steel Bracing by I Joist and we had to install
shore piles for the protection of near by structures. Over the ETP we constructed a prefabricated steel building
project for warehouse.

G+5 Retrofitting Work at Building 1: We started our retrofitting work at Building 1 on 12 August 2020 and
handed over on 09 April 21. In this structure, we did Foundation Retrofitting, Grade Beam Retrofitting, Column
Retrofitting and Beam Retrofitting while production was running. We did all the works in running floor with proper
safety. This was a RSC (ACCORD) Based Project.

G+5 Retrofitting Work at Building 2: We started our retrofitting project at Building 2 on 23 October 2018 and
handed over on 09 June 2020. It’s a 5-storied building. In this building, we did Foundation Retrofitting, Grade Beam
Retrofitting, Column Retrofitting and Beam Retrofitting. Each floor area was 22,000 sft. We did all the works in
running floor with proper safety. This was a RSC (ACCORD) Based Project which we successfully got approval.
